BASIC
NO FEE TO THE BUYER
NNNI will:
• Locate NNN property
• Provide an Initial Review
• Assist until Under Contract
• Buyer’s Attorney Completes Process
Broker Fee to NNN is paid by seller
PREMIUM
BUYER PAYS UP TO 1% FEE TO NNNI
IF SELLER PAYS 3% TOTAL FEE TO NNNI, BUYER PAYS NOTHING
NNNI will cover BASIC + the following
IN-DEPTH engagement with you all the way until closing, including:
• Concierge Services
• Track Loan
• Review Reports
• Answer Questions
Your attorney’s only focus will be the standard review of PSA, Title, Lease, LLC set up, and other legal documentation
NNNI will write in the LOI requesting that the seller pays the full 3% of total purchase price. If seller pays anything less than 3% but at least 2%, you the buyer are responsible for the difference, (up to 1% of the total purchase price).
