In this video, Joel defines NNN and what it means for an investor.

What is a triple-net lease?

Within the commercial real estate industry, NNN is Net Net Net Lease. A triple-net property tenant is responsible for paying the property taxes, insurance, and the maintenance required for the property.

As an NNN investor, what are the responsibilities?

Unlike a tenant, an investor is simply being paid a check monthly by the tenant to lease your property.
